Prince's Foundation Summer School Day 8 - Pargeting

Once we had arrived to Dumfries Estate, we were divided into groups for the first series of workshops. We began with Pargeting which was something new to all of us but as it was a Monday morning, it was definitely the best way to start the week. Our tutor Jo was the loveliest lady who introduced us to her profession. It was very pleasant and fascinating working with her as she made the class very calm and joyful. We were listening to Bob Marley while we were decorating with the plaster. We started with designing a proposal for what we would like to create on the canvas. I went for more geometrical idea as I wanted to apply the knowledge from John Allen from the week before into something more practical.
