On my way to Colombia, I had to transfer at Miami International Airport. I made my stay in Miami long enough so I can explore the culture, party atmosphere and mainly the architectural movement Art Deco which is all over Ocean Drive. My first impression of the USA was not quite positive considering I was only there for a few hours on my way to a different country. I did not enjoy the treatment of the security people at the airport. I felt like a 'partisan' who is willing to stay and take all the possible advantages of their country which was far from my intention. Anyway, the stay in actual Miami, especially Miami beach was pretty satisfying...apart from the food.
