Initial Idea for Final Proposal - Marco Polo

The idea came up with a different conception. We have decided to focus mainly on the paper, so our skin will be paper. We will have a glass extension as well as we need a protector from rain, although the building will be used only in summer. We made a quick paper model of lasercut material. The collage shows atmospheric space, feelings.

Pavillion Model - Marco Polo - Paper Testing

First project during second year is to design pavillion in Stoneleigh park, Coventry, based on the Marco Polo's journeys from Venice to China. Our group decided to concentrate on money which means paper. Our proposal for the pavillion is extremely connected with paper as we think that this is the most important event in his journey.
